Product and price is great but don't expect active communications or quick delivery - citing 'we're really busy with orders' - that's not good enough and people shouldn't have to wait 4 weeks for a tin - I could've got it from India in that time or simply paid you a visit and collected. So, in summary, great product and price but comms and delivery times are woeful.
