Order sat in "label created" for 10 days. Tried to cancel it and was flat out lied to. Told me that its normal for the USPS site to not show progress for that length of time, and that it had been picked up the day the order was placed. Hog. Wash. I own a business and ship with USPS nonstop. Theyre far from perfect, but this was a lie. In 10 days, from anywhere in the US, it would have arrived by now. They refused to cancel the order. Took it up with the card co and got it sorted that way. Dont give these idiots your money. ETA: even their reply is a lie!!! The tracking info wasn’t wrong or delayed. This wasn’t a usps issue. The package sat at the vendor location for almost two weeks before it moved. More lies from an untrustworthy company. Will never use again.
