Let me give kudos to prep sportswear and especially their customer service person Stephanie. I had order some items from the company but unfortunately although the usps marked my item as delivered I never received them. I emailed both the postal system and prep sportswear company of the problem. The post office put in a lost package application BUT Stephanie made sure to replace my items by sending me the exact items at no additional charge. She also stated if the package should show up to donate it. Who does that now a days. Great service and great person. I highly recommend making any purchase from this company besides the quality of items are A+. Thank You for everything.
I had no updates on my tracking from the postal service. When I contacted the support team, a representative assisted me. He guided me through each frustrating moment to locate my package. When it finally arrived post-holiday, he proactively refunded my shipping due to the inconvenience.
The support experience was awful. I was stuck chatting with a bot and never got to speak to a real person. My order seems to be missing, and after spending over $125, they showed no interest in assisting me. I genuinely feel this service is a scam. I will ensure that no one in my circle, including our school system, orders from this service.
The quality of the four items I ordered is good. I ordered in time for the Christmas deadline but due to bad weather and the shipping route to Toronto, On Ca, it took I didn't receive the items until the week of Jan. 16th which was not only too late for Christmas but also too late for my grandson's birthday on Jan. 12th. I did receive several emails from staff trying to clarify what stage the order was in but I also received more than one order number. That was confusing. If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I placed this order with plenty of notice. I am accustomed to ordering from companies that can deliver within a week, will communicate and offer a way to talk to someone within the company and you can return or cancel the order. I should have read the extreme restrictions because I will most likely not receive the sweatshirts in time for a friends signing day ( will have to order from Amazon or any other company). I could only communicate through their chat. There was zero effort from their end to push through my order or even try to cancel it before production. It was longer than 2 hours but I know orders can be stopped or cancelled. I
I ordered a small adult-sized hoodie, but what I got was more like a youth size. I attempted to reach out to the support team via their 'leave a message' chat, but all I received were automated responses that just cut off. I tried contacting them two more times with the same disappointing outcome. Although the bot assured me I would be emailed 'right away,' I haven't seen any follow-up from those three chats. This experience has been a huge letdown in terms of both the service and the product.

I tried two additional times with the same result. Although the Bot claimed I would be contacted by email 'right away' I have yet to receive any record of any of the three chats. Order sat in "label created" for 10 days. Tried to cancel it and was flat out lied to. Told me that its normal for the USPS site to not show progress for that length of time, and that it had been picked up the day the order was placed. Hog. Wash. I own a business and ship with USPS nonstop. Theyre far from perfect, but this was a lie. In 10 days, from anywhere in the US, it would have arrived by now. They refused to cancel the order. Took it up with the card co and got it sorted that way. Dont give these idiots your money. ETA: even their reply is a lie!!! The tracking info wasn’t wrong or delayed. This wasn’t a usps issue. The package sat at the vendor location for almost two weeks before it moved. More lies from an untrustworthy company. Will never use again.
