If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I placed this order with plenty of notice. I am accustomed to ordering from companies that can deliver within a week, will communicate and offer a way to talk to someone within the company and you can return or cancel the order. I should have read the extreme restrictions because I will most likely not receive the sweatshirts in time for a friends signing day ( will have to order from Amazon or any other company). I could only communicate through their chat. There was zero effort from their end to push through my order or even try to cancel it before production. It was longer than 2 hours but I know orders can be stopped or cancelled. I
