The slides created for my complex presentation started off well but quickly went downhill. Now, I can't access most features. Despite paying, they insist I haven't completed the payment and claim I can only use a limited free trial. My receipt seems irrelevant. Additionally, I'm now linked to another person's email. Despite my repeated attempts to resolve this, their responses have been minimal and unhelpful, eventually leading to silence. Overall, this has been a dreadful experience, and I can no longer use the program. I'm also concerned about being connected to someone else's account. Avoid at all costs!
