Like many others, I feel deceived! I missed a cancellation deadline by just 44 minutes, resulting in an erroneous charge on my credit card. They charged me again and refuse to cancel my subscription. I've filed complaints, but with their location outside the country, I doubt I can do anything other than voice my frustrations. They are dishonest, and their product is lacking!
