I made a presentation with Presentations.ai since I was in a hurry with a very urgent delivery. The presentation looked pretty good and I was satisfied with the work. Then I tried to download it. I tried with a PDF (which is free), but after more than 10 minutes, the site was still frozen on "Elaborating...".Then I decided I had no time, they offered me a discount for the PowerPoint file, which is a premium feature that costs "only" 58,50€ for downloading my file (A SINGLE file - without the discount, it would be 90€).I had no choice, I was in a hurry and bought it. BEFORE buying, I read that within 15 minutes, I would receive the presentation on my email address.AFTER buying, delivery time changed in "15-30 minutes". "Well, let's hope that'll be 15, not 30", I thought. Alas, I am still waiting for over a hour, my due date expired, and I blame the moment I trusted Presentations.ai thinking it was a good service. Their support service didn't even answer my email (which I sent after 33 minutes saying I am deeply unsatisfied by their service). It is obvious that you use AI to make your work faster: it doesn't make sense to make in 10 minutes a work that would take to you 1 hour because you're in a hurry, if the file real delivery would take more than 1 hour.As somebody said, it looks like a kind of scam.EDIT: I switched from 1 star to 3 star because the problem with downloading the PDF was mine (I used Brave Browser, which was what blocked the download for some reasons, but worked in a snap after switching to Google Chrome). Anyway, I paid for a PowerPoint file which would arrive within half a hour, and still didn't.EDIT: I paid for the presentation (16 pages, nothing too complex) to be delivered in 15 minutes (which magically became "15-30 minutes" after buying) at 10:02 PM. I received the presentation at 5:30 AM. It's 468 minutes. Definitely unreliable.
