A membership fee was charged even though it was not my intention to subscribe. However, when I reached out to customer support, I received a quick response assuring me that my case would be resolved, the membership canceled, and the amount refunded. I truly appreciate the immediate attention and support I received, and I am currently waiting for the refund and cancellation to be completed
