Very helpfull.Thank you for your help Kriss.I accidentally subscribed by mistake while trying to make a different purchase, as I was redirected to the page without realizing it. A membership fee was charged even though it was not my intention to subscribe. However, when I reached out to customer support, I received a quick response assuring me that my case would be resolved, the membership canceled, and the amount refunded. I truly appreciate the immediate attention and support I received, and I am currently waiting for the refund and cancellation to be completed
