Crappy grater

I ordered a grater. It came defective. I emailed to let them know they said there is nothing they can do. I told him I cannot even attach the piece together it’s clearly defective I even sent a picture of the defect. They said sorry. I told them I want to return it. They said it would cost me too much to return it to China. Wouldn’t even give me an address to return it to. I sent several emails, they always responded sorry I’m dissatisfied but nothing they can do!!!!!
