Wrong item ordered a 5 in 1 grater got a tabletop grater not even what I ordered. didn’t disclose you were ordering from China until you paid then you get hit with international fees and bank international fees rip off I called my credit card company and put in a fraud notice as not correct order don’t know how to send back

SCAMMERS!

If I could give them a 0 stars, I would. This company is a SCAM! They advertised a nice grater with replaceable blades. They sent a tiny toy looking grater that DOES NOT have replaceable blades. In addition, it advertised that it was big enough to stick a whole bell pepper in the top to grate. Ha! It's way too small. Not even the same product as advertised.

Crappy grater

I ordered a grater. It came defective. I emailed to let them know they said there is nothing they can do. I told him I cannot even attach the piece together it’s clearly defective I even sent a picture of the defect. They said sorry. I told them I want to return it. They said it would cost me too much to return it to China. Wouldn’t even give me an address to return it to. I sent several emails, they always responded sorry I’m dissatisfied but nothing they can do!!!!!

Absolute garbage. Do not buy.

Received the product 3 weeks after it said it would be delivered. Tried to use it once and the drum, the base, and the handle all broke with trying to shred one block of cheese. Tried to get a refund per their defective products return policy and was offered $3. Then $6, then $9. Do not buy a thing from this company.

Drum Grater

I ordered a 5 in 1 drum grater. What I have received is clearly a different product, a smaller drum grater, with 3 different drums instead of 1 drum with 5 interchangeable blades. Not only is it different, it is defective. The suction does not hold for more than 5 seconds and the drum unit is so difficult to align, because it's cheap rubbish. I have received an insulting offer of "compensation" from the Customer Service Team. $3USD, then $5USD, now $7USD. What a joke! I paid $42USD for this unusable piece of rubbish! Do not buy this product, do not deal with these people!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM PRESERVEA

Like many other here have said....This company is a scam. I ordered 2 cheese graters on March 23, 2025. I kept tracking and things were stalled in one location for weeks. I kept contacting the company. Then suddenly the tracking showed that the package had been delivered on April 17, 2025. I contacted them again, then the tracking showed it was delivered April 21, 2025. Needless to say I never received the package. Gave me a bogus tracking #. Sorry to me and everyone else who has lost their money to this stinking company.

Very cheaply made

Very cheaply made. Got the 5 in 1 grater. It's cheap, thin plastic that broke the first use. The attachment doesn't even stay on the base. Customer services is a joke and said they won't refund me because I got what I ordered. Don't waste your money. Also took over a month to get the product.

Would give 0 stars of if I could! Total scam. Bought a product that was beautifully advertised and they sent something totally different. When I emailed customer service that initially offered me a $3.00 refund, I paid $35 for the item. When I refused to agree to that, they offered a $6.00 refund. Infuriating. Do yourself a favour and avoid the hassle.
