If I could rate lower than one star, I certainly would. Don't be misled by the positive reviews. It's best to look for another provider. The negative feedback from 2023 and 2024 mirrors our experience in late 2025 and 2026. All personnel have departed, and we received no advance notice. We have been paying this service for web hosting, WordPress support, website development, and online training for over three years. We found that the online training is completely inaccessible. In November and December 2025, the owner disappeared and ignored all attempts to contact him. This is unacceptable. They still charged my card in January 2026, despite having done nothing for months. Stay away from this company. I can't even remove my credit card from their system. Everyone should contact their banks to halt payments.
