The negative feedback from 2023 and 2024 reflects our own experience in late 2025 and 2026. All staff have departed, and we received no notification from the service. We have been paying for web hosting, WordPress support, website development, and online training for over three years, only to find that the online training courses are completely inaccessible. In November and December 2025, the owner disappeared without responding to our numerous attempts to contact him. This is simply unacceptable. They continued to charge my credit card in January 2026, despite having provided no services for months. Stay far away from this service. I can't even remove my credit card information from their system. Everyone should contact their banks to stop payments.

I had a regrettable experience with this service for website speed optimization. Initially, I was promised that the representative would manage my project efficiently. I was charged a hefty fee for optimization along with a recurring subscription. As time passed, their communication dwindled. I found myself constantly urging them to continue the project, only to be met with silence. It was shocking to later discover that the owner, who left my project unattended, was the very same representative. This isn't just poor service; it's a blatant disregard for client trust. I've been trying to get a refund, but it seems they have disappeared. Unfortunately, I am now considering legal action. I urge anyone thinking of using this service to reconsider. It has been a costly nightmare, and I wouldn't wish this on anyone. Caution: After I posted this review, the owner reached out with numerous excuses and promised a turnaround, but those promises were empty, and communication has ceased again. I've been in the IT industry for 20 years, and this is the worst service I've ever encountered. I now find myself needing to involve my lawyer again. A sincere warning to all: avoid this company. It will cost you significantly.
I also had a disappointing experience. They failed to keep their promises, and the work was unsatisfactory, filled with constant excuses. Communication was poor. A complete letdown. I do not recommend this service. No work was completed for a significant amount.
