It was shocking to later discover that the owner, who left my project unattended, was the very same representative. This isn't just poor service; it's a blatant disregard for client trust. I've been trying to get a refund, but it seems they have disappeared. Unfortunately, I am now considering legal action. I urge anyone thinking of using this service to reconsider. It has been a costly nightmare, and I wouldn't wish this on anyone. Caution: After I posted this review, the owner reached out with numerous excuses and promised a turnaround, but those promises were empty, and communication has ceased again. I've been in the IT industry for 20 years, and this is the worst service I've ever encountered. I now find myself needing to involve my lawyer again. A sincere warning to all: avoid this company. It will cost you significantly.
