If I could rate this less than one star, I absolutely would. Don't be misled by the positive reviews. It's best to look for another provider. The negative feedback from 2023 and 2024 reflects our own experience in late 2025 and 2026. All staff have departed, and we received no notification from the service. We have been paying for web hosting, WordPress support, website development, and online training for over three years, only to find that the online training courses are completely inaccessible. In November and December 2025, the owner disappeared without responding to our numerous attempts to contact him. This is simply unacceptable. They continued to charge my credit card in January 2026, despite having provided no services for months. Stay far away from this service. I can't even remove my credit card information from their system. Everyone should contact their banks to stop payments.
