Met with Samuel on 28.02.2026 and agreed a purchase with my car as PEX - all good. Agreed to go back the next day and collect the car and finalise payment. Was told when I arrived that my current car needed an assessment - despite all being agreed the day before? I was also told that I would get my old private number plate so I could transfer to the new car - these have not been received? After being in the showroom for over an hour I was told my new car was finally ready to drive away and it had gone through all the necessary checks / cleaning. This was not the case - there was still a light showing the tyre pressure was out and the cleaning was minimal (not a full valet by any means). I then needed to wait even longer for this and as we were about to leave - we noticed what appeared to be new scratches / scuffs to the rear bumper. Keeley said she would get someone to contact me and arrange this to be repaired. As I hadn't heard - I called the showroom and asked about this and my promised number plates. I was told someone would call me back - they haven't. I emailed in - no-one has replied to me. It would appear that once Prestige Cars have your money and a sale has been made, despite what the salesperson tells you - after sales care is non-existent!
