They take the hassle away from the investor and get the best deals from their list of lenders. I wish I had them from the beginning I would have had double the buy to lets that I have now.

Paul and the team at Prestige have gone seriously above and beyond for us and secured our mortgage with ease. Honestly could not have been any better. Superb and super quick communication, clear instructions on what they needed from us, kept us updated at every opportunity and even answered emails out of hours (I did not expect Paul to do that, he just did). We had a few twists and turns and things to investigate to ensure everything was tip top but Paul sorted it all without hesitation or irritation.
