I can't recommend Prestige Financial Solutions. We have used them for several years. Their staff are extremely knowledgeable especially Toni and Kim. They offer excellent advice and services.We have recently required their services again and their professional guidance at all stages of the process has been superb.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Prestige to anyone.
These guys at Prestige made the 'daunting experience' of buying a house and sorting out a mortgage a very easy process! It could not have gone more smooth than I expected it to. I'm very grateful for all the work they have done and I can't recommend them more! The weekly updates were a nice touch as well!
I'd just like to thank Paul Hurt and his Team at Prestige for the amazing work that they have done for me so far. For my first initial mortgage appointment Paul offered to travel all the way to Doncaster which made things so much easier for me. The following day I have received an email from Paul with a copy of the Agreement in Principle! Few days after that I have had some bad news (my property got down valued) which meant I needed to borrow more and go with a different Lender. Paul and his Team were on it straight away and they were always there updating me and offering me advice. I couldn't thank them enough. They are quick, reliable and simply the best! Will recommend their services to all my friends, colleagues, clients and family! Thank you all.
Firstly, I must point out that I normally don't complete these types of surveys as I find the true meaning of customer service has somewhat been lost in translation these days. I am pleased to say however that this was not the case with the “above and beyond” service I received from Prestige.Right from the word go, all through the entire process right up to completion I was guided, advised, informed and updated at every step. The professionalism from the team dealing me with me was at all times outstanding and the effort put in by Mrs Deaton alone was nothing short of excellent, all in all making the successful transition as comfortable and assuring as possible.If the opportunity ever arises for me to use Prestige’s services again I will not hesitate to do so and I myself will also now be advising others who may require financial services to contact them first.W.Henderson
