A Massive Help!I knew nothing of mortgages and buying a house, I had quite a unique arrangement with the purchase of my property and obviously everyone has a unique personal position financially but Prestige listened to my needs, gleaned all the information they needed from me and found the right product, held my hand through the whole conveyancing process and were generally lovely people to deal with that kept me informed of the process throughout.
Fantastic service, communication from the team was perfect and they really made sure they took as much stress away from me during the transactions as possible. Having used 2 other financial service company’s previously to deal with my mortgages I would not use anyone else going forward as I don’t think prestige could have given a better service. My wife and I have been using Prestige for the past 3 years for all things mortgage and life insurance related. Having never used a broker company before, we didn’t really know what to expect and whether we needed one or not. However, Prestige came very highly recommended from several friends a few years ahead of us and so we decided to give them a try. Having a very non standard situation, I sought the help of Prestige Financial Solutions to organise a mortgage for me.I literally just provided them with my deposit amount, filled in a questionnaire about my financial and personal status and left them to it. With a couple of hiccups outside of their control, I still had a decision in principle within 2 days with a great interest rate.Ash Baker, who was my contact, was excellent. He had access to mortgages that I would have been unable to access without him and he went straight to the right people, companies he knew would lend to me with my unusual financial position. Once I found a property I was interested in, I provided Ash with my documentation and he dealt with all communication with the lender. Ash and Toni provided me with literally every update, no matter how minor.This company made a stressful situation as stress free as possible and made the service well worth the price I agreed. They required no payment until I was in receipt of a mortgage offer, so worked very hard for me and have left me delighted. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Prestige, in particular Ash Baker. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to mortgage products and was very patient in explaining something to me that he's no doubt explained a thousand times before. However 2yrs later i re-contacted Tracey & she was more than happy to help me again. The people at Prestige are excellent. Their customer service is second to none and I have no hesitation in recommending them. I've had two mortgages completed via Paul and the team and we are now completing our Wills with Janine.
