Not delivered when I ordered them to be, no hint that this would happen, they use Royal Mail, which I didn't know, and they obviously dont deliver on a bank holiday..... other flower companies use other carriers. So paid for the delivery in 3 days time, not delivered for 5 days.
When they arrive they are really nice, but late for a birthday present, which is never good.
