I recently spent over £100 on 24 red roses, delivery and a vase for valentines day for my wife. To be clear, this was two seperate orders so some of that amount was extra postage. I was working away at the time. I had a message from my wife to say the vase had arrived smashed to pieces so she had to go out and buy another vase to use. Also, she didn't like to moan but the flowers arrived and around 3-4mm of the edges of the petals on all but one of the blooms were dead and shrivelled. Arriving home from my trip two days later I took close up photos of the petals and also the broken vase still in it's box and sent them to Prestige. For direct comparison, my daughters boyfriend bought a bunch of roses and wildflowers from Asda for £8 which outlasted these by 2 days.
They offered me a replacement for the vase which I said I didn't want as I had already replaced the vase so instead they offered me store credit to the same value. I said I wanted a refund for the vase (at this stage i've already lost hope of anything related the the flowers). They have asked for a birds eye view of the flowers, I am now away working again so unable to provide this but they already have 9 detailed images which show almost every flower there as well as an image of the broken vase in the box.
I remind them of the consumer rights act which says that I am entitled to a refund, repair or replacement if a product arrives broken, damaged or unusable.
they then offer me £10 to use in their store. Why would I risk shopping with them again>? I have asked for a refund for the vase. I would appreciate a partial refund for the flowers but I can see i'm not going to get that. For comparison, last year I had an issue with Enterpise rental, they gave me a full refund, a phone call to apologise and now i'm on first name terms with the manager there and I give them repeat business and tell everyone about how great their service is.

The poorest customer service I have ever experienced. Would never ever use again! Ordered some flowers and they were not received by the recipient. I did not receive any notification of this, despite my contact number being on the order information. I contacted Prestige and spoke with a customer service representative and a 'manager' who were both equally unhelpful. They advised that according to the tracking information the delivery had been refused by the recipient. I told them this was incorrect. Ironically, the tracking showed no sign of delivery and the picture was of a warehouse, rather than the persons home address. When I questioned this and asked how they could prove the delivery had taken place, there was no answer and they advised that the recipient was not known at the address, which also makes no sense. The tracking stated the delivery had been attempted twice on the same day- why would you attempt delivery twice if the recipient is not known the first time? Maybe they would be known an hour and a half later! The colleague and manager did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation and didn't even offer to speak to the courier. Anyone with common sense would clearly have seen the delivery did not take place, as evidenced by the photo. There was no solution offered other than advising I had agreed to the terms and conditions and they would not be sending a replacement or doing anything useful at all.
I've used Prestige a lot of times but would genuinely never use them again, due to how unhelpful they have been. I would rate their customer service -10 and they have a very different approach to competitors. Go with another online courier, they have much better customer service and you might actually receive your flowers, rather than just having your money taken.

I ordered a large February bouquet as a birthday present and was disgusted with what was sent. A tiny bunch you'd pay £5 in asda and a lot of dying flowers. Also wasn't the February bouquet id ordered. After complaining, they sent the correct bouquet and correct size but flowers where half dead and a 3rd had to be dumped. I will never use this company again as the quality is pathetic.

2nd time ordering birthday flowers - first time was lovely. emailed my complaint and they were quick to respond, and follow up.

What I cannot accept is the lack of arrangement of the bouquet, instead I was asked to follow the care instructions. What does this have to do with the initial arrangement? Did I not order a professional bouquet as opposed to individual stalks? Shouldn’t I expect a ‘ready to gift’ bouquet? Trimming the stems and waiting for the flowers to bloom has nothing to do with this. I understand that some flowers will bloom later, but the arrangement itself was horrid .

I ordered a large bunch of flowers (rogue delight) paid over £70 for Valentine’s Day. When I received the flowers I was astounded. The size was a complete joke! Then to be told wait until the bloom! Of course but that still doesn’t negate the fact the size was small! It’s ok though the flower manger approves so that’s all good. 👍 oh and refrain from sending a chase email too they don’t like that. Even though it took a week to respond.

I wasn't very impressed with the flowers. I upgraded to a large bunch for extra. To be fair they was disappointing. Not many flowers for the money and was not very well presented. I wasn't going to review but please save your money and buy locally

Ordering process was easy, the flowers arrived on time and were packaged really well to avoid any damage. Really happy with the quality of the roses purchased. I also had a card too that had our photo on the front and my message nicely written inside. All in all super happy, as was my wife.
