Extremely disappointing experience with Prestige Flowers.
The flowers delivered looked nothing like what was advertised on their website. This wasn’t a minor substitution — the bouquet was clearly inferior in quality, size, and overall presentation. It did not reflect “equal or greater value” in any sense.
I raised this with customer service and provided photos as evidence, but my complaint was dismissed with a generic response about substitutions. My concerns were not properly addressed, and no meaningful resolution was offered.
I ordered based on what was shown online, and what arrived fell far below expectations. This felt misleading and poor value for money.
I would not recommend Prestige Flowers and will not be using them again.
