This company can't guarantee delivery on a particular date. I ordered flowers 3 days prior to a very special occasion. The company advertises as next day delivery so I thought this would be plenty of notice to ensure delivery on the person's 90th birthday. But no, I got a message to say delivery would be the next day. Apparently a normal bungalow in a normal housing estate is a hard to reach area hence the delay in delivery. Customer services were polite but useless. If you want flowers delivered on a particular date, use another company.
