If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Knocked on the door of my 77 year old mother and convinced her that she needed her guttering replaced and quoted over £1000! Convinced her to sign something, despite her telling them she needed to talk to the family first, and have had workmen out to do quotes already. My mother has felt very rushed along, and I'm not surprised! She has written to cancel the contract, but do you think we can get hold of the elusive "Sam" to talk to him in person? He's always out of office or in a meeting. We have had the work that actually needed doing done for Mum now at a cost of £60 (quite a difference for the £1200 quoted by Prestige)! AVOID this company. They use bully boy tactics to scam the vulnerable!
