Made an appointment with salesman knocking on door. Cancelled appointment as decided we didn't want work carried out. Since then been bombarded with phone calls. I have asked them to stop phoning every time they have called. I have phoned their office twice and was told my number would be removed but they still phoned. I have informed the person at Prestige that I will be reporting them to the police for harassment if it continues

I had windows installed by Prestige in April 2021 and whilst the windows are OK the after care is appalling. I have still not received my FENSA certificate even after many, many calls to them. My son and others had works done too and they also have not received their certificates. To make things worse, Prestige trying to sell other products of theirs!!
We had a pushy sales guy at the door to sell replacement panels in our conservatory roof, we made an appointment for someone to come and quote.The Saturday morning came and appointment time came and went with nobody turning up despite several calls prior to confirm the appointment.They eventually called to say sorry we missed the appointment which we replied too late! Now we keep getting bombarded with calls from the company.If you don't keep appointments then that says a lot about your company.
