This company is incredibly difficult to work with. They require a deposit upon booking, which is reasonable, but then they pressure for a month's rent six weeks before moving in and three weeks before exam results. They promise a full deposit refund if you don't get into the university, but make you fill out a form, and it supposedly takes 28 days for a refund. I'm still waiting 35 days later and my emails are being ignored. They are quick to take money but slow to return it.
