I've lived in this student accommodation throughout my university experience and truly can't imagine being anywhere else. The staff have consistently been friendly, responsive, and eager to help, creating a safe and well-managed environment. I also valued how peaceful and comfortable it was, especially during exams. Overall, this accommodation has been a dependable and comfortable home throughout my studies, and I highly recommend it for anyone seeking convenience, quality facilities, and a hassle-free student living experience.
For two months, there has been a constant noise from one resident every day. I've reported this issue over 15 times to the reception, and more than five other residents have also reported the same problem, yet nothing has been resolved. I'm extremely frustrated by this situation.
I had to pay a deposit for accommodation that my son might choose after his results. He ended up going elsewhere, and now I'm still trying to get the deposit back weeks later! This company is incredibly difficult to work with. They require a deposit upon booking, which is reasonable, but then they pressure for a month's rent six weeks before moving in and three weeks before exam results. They promise a full deposit refund if you don't get into the university, but make you fill out a form, and it supposedly takes 28 days for a refund. I'm still waiting 35 days later and my emails are being ignored. They are quick to take money but slow to return it.
