My experience has been marked by zero communication from them when it mattered most!!!!I’m moving out soon from Tribu Kingston and have found a new place to live. As part of my tenant referencing process, I needed Prestige Student Living to complete a landlord reference. However, despite reaching out multiple times via email and phone over the past three weeks, I have received no response or confirmation from their team. Even the tenant referencing company, HomeLet, contacted them without success.I’m really disappointed by the lack of communication and urgency on such a critical matter. I trusted that this process would be handled promptly, but instead, the experience has been frustrating and stressful. All my other information has been successfully processed, but without this reference, I cannot secure my new place and risk losing my holding deposit, which could leave me without a place to live.
