Where do I start? Transferred over (made to sound like a very seemless process) and was without a phone connection for 3 days - they said this was due to a technical error. They aren't contactable over the weekend by the way so be prepared for that. Obviously not having my network connection for 3 days and running a business it was extremely impactful - they offered me a whole £20 in compensation for this once it eventually started to work.
The man who sold me the package was a typical salesman - promised me a simple process, neglected to mention that you have to recycle your own phone AND if the valuation is off you end up paying out of your own pocket.
I was promised a free case and screen protector by 2 seperate people in 'return for a positive trust pilot review' - this hasn't turned up. I've called them several times about it. Still nothing and that's 2 months later.
They haven't saved me money, it's cost me money. Their transparency is dreadful and although they might be quite polite, once you dig a little deeper they have terrible customer service and I really regret changing to them.
