I was contacted by Prestige Telecom Group regarding my phone contract, and the experience was genuinely excellent.

They were able to transfer me onto a business/company contract, terminate my existing contract early without hassle, and upgrade my phone at the same time. The whole process was explained clearly from start to finish, with no pressure or hidden surprises.

Customer service was outstanding — polite, patient, and very knowledgeable. They made sure I understood every step and answered all my questions properly.

Really smooth experience overall. Would definitely recommend.

Scam...AVOID THIS COMPANY.great deal at 1st once you sign on the dotted line you are screwed. I can only presume the good reviews are from the initial interaction on reviewing a 'good deal'....too many problems to put on here, just a few are taking unauthorised money from my account, loss of Internet, issues with sim. Staff are always polite but you NEVER get a solution. Overuse of automated messages and calls. This company has lost me business and keft customer very angry when they couldn't get in touch. Ive been with these people for 2 years and constantly had ptoblems. I am now seeking legal action. AVOID THE COMPANY
