There was no record of it with my bank or the payment service. Then, they requested I repay double the amount without ever having received it. I strongly recommend steering clear of this service. You will not get your money back.

Claims their hours are 9-5 PM, but doesn’t clarify if you have to wait during those hours for someone to review your request. I've been waiting over 3 hours for a response after submitting documents for an emergency. I doubt I will continue with them, and I may withdraw my application if this continues.
