Customer Service worked quickly on Friday to apporve my loan. This is at a time when I really need it. I had missed the cut-off time for funding Friday evening. However, was reassured on Friday that my loan would be funded on Monday. Sure enough on Monday, staff was ready to help, and were considerate enough to keep me posted of the process.
