This marks my second purchase from the company, and once again, I cannot find any faults with the service. Interestingly, I ended up buying the same sunglasses that I lost, which were originally purchased two years ago. The representative was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to source the same sunglasses from the supplier. They arrived in a reasonable timeframe, especially considering I’m located in Western Australia. I also inquired about a new design I saw on the website, and the representative was very patient in explaining how the sales worked, as there was a discrepancy between the price shown on the webpage and what appeared in my cart. Unfortunately, it was a glitch that couldn’t be resolved, leading me to purchase those elsewhere. Nonetheless, the service and professionalism from the company were exceptional. I will definitely shop here again and will keep an eye out for future sales. Thank you very much.
