I was sceptical about having prescription lenses done remotely but engaging with Pretavoir opticians quickly pit me at ease. Clear helpful advice accompanied by clear instructions, for example the photos they asked for and checks they made.
Delivery was prompt and the product is fantastic.

This marks my second purchase from the company, and once again, I cannot find any faults with the service. Interestingly, I ended up buying the same sunglasses that I lost, which were originally purchased two years ago. The representative was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to source the same sunglasses from the supplier. They arrived in a reasonable timeframe, especially considering I’m located in Western Australia. I also inquired about a new design I saw on the website, and the representative was very patient in explaining how the sales worked, as there was a discrepancy between the price shown on the webpage and what appeared in my cart. Unfortunately, it was a glitch that couldn’t be resolved, leading me to purchase those elsewhere. Nonetheless, the service and professionalism from the company were exceptional.
