Overall, I had a disappointing experience with a service for my wedding. They operate as a broker, pairing random videographers with editors, resulting in a somewhat incohesive film. Their examples do not accurately reflect their work. Additionally, we were charged extra for additional time with the videographer, only for the footage to be lost — whether by the videographer, the service, or the editor, we received neither raw nor edited versions of the footage we requested. We sought a refund from the project coordinator and have spent 2-3 months trying to obtain it without success. Quite disappointed and wish we had chosen a higher quality option.
