My 2 male cats have been using Pretty Litter for nearly 5-6 years now; Boy, do we love it!! One of the little guys was extremely prone to getting UTI's, approximately 2-4/year, no matter the weekly box cleanout. Since using Pretty Litter, he's never, never had one! And I love the ability to check the color of the used litter, to be sure.
Besides helping my cats' health, the cleanup is so, so much easier for we hoomans. Also, the odor control-- absolutely phenomenal, honestly. There's a litter pail right next to my bed, as well as, a decorative one in my kitchen, and not a sole realizes it, lol!
As for any changes in our orders, or any Customer Service needs that I've had, has been nothing short of a blessed experience, as well. The folks have always been beyond patient and helpful, (even when I've changed my delivery status, several times). They have always made sure that every need of mine has been perfectly met, before closing out the request for assistance, and so pleasantly too; gotta love that!
Lastly, the $avings since switching to Pretty Litter, is quite noticeable, especially when ordered through the PL Company Program, vs buying bags in-store, but prominently better than the cost of our old litter. Much more budget friendly, especially considering that there aren't any more Emergency Vet visits! ☆☆☆
