I am very happy with my experience with Pretty Litter. There is no more odor like there was with the "typical" cat litter. I have two senior cats who are happy with the transition to Pretty Litter! I also purchased the litter box and the litter mat.
Where has this litter been? I have had cats my entire life and have always used another brand of litter, and OMG did it stink! I hated it. My love for cats remains to this day. I was recently introduced to Pretty Litter and I am absolutely loving it! You can't smell it even when you're cleaning it. It is the BEST! I am a Pretty Litter cat mom from now on.
This litter is amazing. Not only does it indicate health issues it outlast any other litter on the market. I adopted a front declawed cat, his feet can get very sensitive. This litter is purrrrfect for his little paws.
This has to be the best litter on the market. Cats are notorious for hiding their illnesses. My kitty had two different UTIs, and the only way I knew was because there was red in the litter box. Thank you for saving my cat from suffering. We love Pretty Litter!
renewed my subscription making an order at 3:30am, and when I go to cancel is around 5am (I had just woken up and saw it), Its too late and I cannot cancel because its past 30mins after order was made🤨
I emailed to request cancelation and no awnser, and my order still gets processed. so now I have to wait for it to arrive to do the whole return process! NEED to make it easier to cancel an order, and maybe a reminder of subscription payment coming up before automatically recharging. $101 on cat litter and I cant cancel, im very irritated!
Pretty Litter is clean and easy to use. No horrible smells as I use a litter genie with it too.
There are no orders or dust to trigger my allergies and sinuses.

My 2 male cats have been using Pretty Litter for nearly 5-6 years now; Boy, do we love it!! One of the little guys was extremely prone to getting UTI's, approximately 2-4/year, no matter the weekly box cleanout. Since using Pretty Litter, he's never, never had one! And I love the ability to check the color of the used litter, to be sure.
Besides helping my cats' health, the cleanup is so, so much easier for we hoomans. Also, the odor control-- absolutely phenomenal, honestly. There's a litter pail right next to my bed, as well as, a decorative one in my kitchen, and not a sole realizes it, lol!
As for any changes in our orders, or any Customer Service needs that I've had, has been nothing short of a blessed experience, as well. The folks have always been beyond patient and helpful, (even when I've changed my delivery status, several times). They have always made sure that every need of mine has been perfectly met, before closing out the request for assistance, and so pleasantly too; gotta love that!
Lastly, the $avings since switching to Pretty Litter, is quite noticeable, especially when ordered through the PL Company Program, vs buying bags in-store, but prominently better than the cost of our old litter. Much more budget friendly, especially considering that there aren't any more Emergency Vet visits! ☆☆☆

I must say this litter is truly remarkable! I had my doubts initially since I've experimented with numerous other options, and I can't tolerate the smell of a litter box due to my sensitive nose, but nothing worked. However, after trying this litter, I will never switch back! It's been a month, and there's still no odor! How is that even possible? I'm convinced and will recommend this product to all my friends with cats! Thank you for creating such an effective solution!
Although I was slightly disappointed not to receive the 2 for 1 offer, I genuinely appreciate the bin, shovel, and mat I did receive. Cleaning is a breeze, there's no odor, and it only needs to be changed monthly. It's significantly easier and much less messy.
