renewed my subscription making an order at 3:30am, and when I go to cancel is around 5am (I had just woken up and saw it), Its too late and I cannot cancel because its past 30mins after order was made🤨
I emailed to request cancelation and no awnser, and my order still gets processed. so now I have to wait for it to arrive to do the whole return process! NEED to make it easier to cancel an order, and maybe a reminder of subscription payment coming up before automatically recharging. $101 on cat litter and I cant cancel, im very irritated!
