My experience with this service was highly unsatisfactory. The whole process was frustrating. I ordered medium-sized clothing, expecting them to fit based on the sizing guide, but only one item fit correctly. The extra smalls were still too large. After placing another order, I noticed I was overcharged, and the customer support was unhelpful. The automated responses from the AI bot were frustrating, and I had no option to speak with a real person. Additionally, the refund process was confusing and inaccurate. I would not recommend this service.
