The customer service is highly disappointing. The only way to reach them is through social media messaging, and their response time is extremely slow. I purchased a shirt labeled 'cotton shirt,' expecting it to be primarily cotton as indicated. Instead, it was mostly polyester with minimal cotton content and of very poor quality. I requested a free return due to the misleading name, but after initially ignoring my message, they are now refusing, which is a violation of consumer rights. I will keep some other items I bought since they were on sale, but the quality is not impressive. I cannot recommend this brand.
