I never leave reviews but i had to say what a scam this is don’t waste your time, my last few experiences with PLT have been bad communication and delayed orders. I decided to take a chance and still pay for royalty as prior to these times they have been reliable for years. I have chased up multiple times as I have had no communication on the order I paid next day delivery for it is still not here! I had one email that made no sense as they weren’t speaking about the correct delivery date and have emailed multiple times since! It feels like a scam to make you pay the protection fee which is just a way to get more money! It should be if you are ordering a product from a company they should ensure that it is delivered to you in the time you pay for however it suggests if you don’t pay this £6 additional protection fee you don’t get the same treatment!
