Always shop at pretty little thing and never disappointed, the majority of my wardrobe is clothing and accessories from there and is of good quality
I queried some shoes I was expecting as I thought it would be next day delivery and spoke with Kai, They informed me of the exact date my shoes will be delivered as was coming from the marketplace retailer, they were very quick friendly and professional with their reply
This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with any retailer. A coworker recommended PrettyLittleThing, and I was excited after seeing some cute winter sweaters. I ordered six sweaters for about $200. They managed to send only two—correctly—to my address, and the other four were sent back. That was six weeks ago.
I tried again and ordered five more sweaters. Those never arrived either. At this point, PrettyLittleThing owes me close to $400. I’ve sent message after message, and it’s like talking to a wall. No one listens, no one understands, and no one resolves anything.
The girl I spoke to tonight even asked me to mention her in this review—so here it is. Kai, thank you for absolutely nothing. You did not help in the slightest.
Cute clothes mean nothing when the customer service is this useless. After weeks of begging for a customer service email, I finally got one. That’s the only reason this isn’t a zero-star review. I do NOT want store credit because I will never shop here again. I want my money back!!!!
The delivery arrived days later meanwhile I paid for a fast delivery. It’s kind of impossible to contact their customer service (who is only via virtual agents no ones real ones)

Ordered from plt a few times over the years, gone majorly down hill since the rebrand. I ordered 2 tie front halter neck tops in 14 (my usual size in most clothing shops) and was way too small, checked their sizing online, measured myself to realise even in their largest size it wouldn’t fit me due to my bust size (top was in the shape section too!!) I’m a 38c for reference so not super huge. Having to return straight away, will never order from them again.
My parcel is nowhere to be found although they claim to have delivered it. Since plt likes to shy away from customer service but not their money I don't have a number to speak to them. I reached out through their whattsapp as I have gone to 5 different neighbours to find the parcel. It was not delivered to my address or my preferred neighbour either. When I finally spoke to someone on whatsapp, their response was that they were confident I have received the parcel. What they don't know is I have a ring doorbell camera and so does my preferred neighbour so they are lying and frustrating the customer rather than investigating the situation. Rubbish service overall. As long as they take your money, they don't care about the customer. If there was a minus star, that's what they will be getting instead.
Be mindful you pay £9.99 for next day delivery but it’s not delivered next day. Only way of contacting is through a chat service that isn’t available for most of the time as they are clearly too busy. Won’t refund next day delivery if it’s not here on time. Avoid
I ordered two items and judging by how the filtering works and is LISTED IN US SIZING, I assumed that's how my items would arrive. The clothing arrived in UK sizing, which is 1-2 sizes larger. No where on the product page does it specify it's UK sizing. What could possibly be their reasoning for misleading customers? I will never understand.
However, the worst part is truly the "customer service", which I don't even feel is the appropriate term. The only way to get in touch is via Whatsapp or IG. After finally getting in touch with someone and moving over to email, I was ghosted. After two other attempts to get in contact, ghosted again. What an absolute joke of a company.
PLT must really be struggling financially if they think it is acceptable to add on a "shipping protection" charge automatically at check out - £4.99! Then once I noticed the charge after the order had arrived, you refused to refund it. Absolute scam and deceiving customers. When I have raised this I am told you won't refund it and you consider the matter closed!! Well I do not consider it closed and will be taking this further to get my money back.
I returned an order at the start of December and still haven’t been refunded!!! Keep going round in circles with their AI bots and instant messaging, no response on text, instagram or email! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!
Parcel still not arrived 3 days after paying next day delivery , customer service actively ignoring my emails and imessages directed me to make a review when my package has still not reached the delivery courier very upset as it’s 50 pounds worth of product and the company has no response as to where my parcel is or how long it will take to reach me AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS
