I've been waiting over a month for a refund and have only received automated messages stating it's 'pending.' Despite numerous attempts to reach customer service, I have not received any replies from a real person. This delay is unacceptable and violates consumer rights. To make matters worse, the refund was supposed to go to a closed account, which I’ve communicated several times with no resolution. I am demanding immediate action to escalate this to a human representative and manually reissue my refund.
