I recently returned clothing worth £184 within days of receipt due to poor quality and sizing. Instead of a refund to my original payment method, I received store credit without my consent. I've tried reaching out on various platforms but only received automated responses. It’s concerning that I’ve also been targeted by scam accounts pretending to be customer service. I demand my refund to my original payment method and an improvement in service security.
