If I could rate 0 I would. I’ve paid £5.99 for next day delivery + free returns.The item didn’t come next day, it came the day after to which it was too late for me to wear. I’ve contacted them via instagram and WhatsApp now. They’re refusing to refund me my next day delivery and are charging me for a return! Everytime I show them proof of my email showing it says NEXT DAY DELIVERY + FREE RETURNS. They send an auto reply saying they’re really busy and replies will be delayed!
