AVOID THIS SERVICE!!! I ordered an outfit for New Year's with next-day delivery, and four days later, I still haven't received my parcel. There's been no response or way to contact anyone from the support team. I recommend checking the reviews on their social media accounts; there are countless comments about their poor service. The clothes often arrive with a terrible odor and are of low quality. I still haven't received my refund after spending nearly £200, and I can't reach anyone for help.
Next day delivery is misleading; I've never encountered a service as frustrating as this one. It's nearly impossible to reach a real representative as the wait is excessive, and the AI assistant is ineffective. Three of my recent orders arrived 4 to 5 days late despite ordering early the previous day. Additionally, refunds seem to take around two weeks. I won't be placing any more orders in the future.
After spending a significant amount with this company over the last decade, I regret giving them more chances. The customer service is unacceptable; during conversations, if they can't resolve an issue, they just stop replying. The information provided through email differs greatly from what’s communicated via messaging, suggesting either dishonesty or a lack of knowledge among the staff. Currently, my package is delayed by 21 days, and my requests to cancel the order due to a 9-day shipping delay have been completely ignored. Nine days! Additionally, the company seems unable to address the fact that express shipping to New York is no longer available. Be prepared to wait nearly three weeks for your items.
I will not be spending any more money here. Consider shopping elsewhere.
I will not order again! I received the incorrect item and returned it, but I have yet to get a refund for my original order. I reached out through various channels, including chats and social media, but was unable to resolve my issue. If you plan on returning items, I recommend avoiding this seller.
The app is incredibly frustrating to use, almost as if it has a glitch. I placed an order last night and quickly realized that my old address was still saved. Unlike other platforms, there was no option to update it within 10 minutes, and customer service options were very limited. I ended up chatting with an AI via WhatsApp, which informed me that I couldn't make any changes or cancel the order. I was told I have to go to my previous address to try and collect the package, hoping the new residents would return it if needed. Keep in mind, this package hasn't even been shipped or prepared for delivery yet. The AI was hard to understand and claimed it would escalate my issue to a human, but after more than 16 hours, I still haven't received any response.
Over £200 has been deducted from my account, but I've only received 1 of the 4 items I ordered. The support team does not respond to any complaints, and the only way to express concerns is through social media. Overall, this experience has been extremely frustrating; I do not recommend ordering from them.
I experienced the most disappointing customer service ever. My account was closed due to high return rates caused by poor quality and sizing issues, and I was shocked that they closed it without any warning. They gave me a £30 gift voucher, but then refused to refund it, despite it being a gift from friends for my birthday. It feels like they unfairly took £30 from us, which isn't in their terms and conditions. This situation is currently under further investigation.
