Disgusting customer service. Had an order delivered to me on 30th September, the bag was ripped at both ends and two of the three items missing. I have had two replies since despite reaching out via text, email and Facebook to try and reach someone. No one is helping me despite spending a lot of money over the years with this company and never having an issue like this before! It’s criminal to have a customer be out of pocket for 2 x items the courier clearly lost, I even replaced my order due to needing the items for an up coming trip. It’s now 21st October with last of two replies 11 days ago - no reply since and no solution and refund, worst experience ever AVOID
