The customer service I received from pretty little thing lately has been disgraceful. I accidentally sent an order to someone else’s address, I noticed this straight away and contacted to cancel or change the address. I was told no that can’t be done. I needed what was in the parcel so I had to re-order to my address baring in mind these orders were £80 each, and was just going to return the other one. When I received the parcel, one of the dresses I ordered wasn’t even the right dress, the label on the bag was correct, but the dress was not! I ended up returning absolutely everything in both parcels and when pretty little thing said they had my return the wrong dress was not on the return. I have tried to contact them about this multiple times over the past four weeks and I’ve got either a poor response or no response. I do not want to have to pay for a dress I don’t even have and was wrong in the first place. Customer service is absolutely shocking.
