I have waited two weeks for items that should have been next day delivery. I have tried contacting PLT over FBK, email and WhatsApp, their reply is slow or they totally ignore you. I have been waiting 4 days now for a reply to my last query. PLT are blaming the couriers, I have contacted the courier company and they are just as bad by constantly changing their tracking information from 'items are being processed to sorry for the delay' I have been back and forth between PLT and the couriers. As I paid PLT for a service, they are responsible to fulfil it. I have told PLT that I no longer want the items and have asked for a full refund. Needless to say, I have been ghosted! I will have no alternative but to pursue this dispute through my bank.
