The app is incredibly frustrating to use, almost as if it has a glitch. I placed an order last night and quickly realized that my old address was still saved. Unlike other platforms, there was no option to update it within 10 minutes, and customer service options were very limited. I ended up chatting with an AI via WhatsApp, which informed me that I couldn't make any changes or cancel the order. I was told I have to go to my previous address to try and collect the package, hoping the new residents would return it if needed. Keep in mind, this package hasn't even been shipped or prepared for delivery yet. The AI was hard to understand and claimed it would escalate my issue to a human, but after more than 16 hours, I still haven't received any response.
